[RP TownTalk] street clearing

Dear neighbors,

Just wanted to let everyone know that all streets should be at least hit if
not completely cleared by the end of the work day.  This may look like a
small amount of snow, but it is mostly ice and therefore very heavy and much
harder to deal with.  The added strain has shown in equipment problems and
it taking longer to clear a given amount of space. We appreciate your
patience. If there is any specific problem please contact town hall directly
or me if for some reason you are not able to get help.

Lets all look out for our older neighbors, because once again this is a much
heavier cleanup than it may appear at first glance. Just getting two
driveways cleared for some ladies along East-West Highway have about done me
in ;-}
