[RP TownTalk] Help clearing walks

Someone (David Hiles??)  used to keep a list of teenagers who were 
interested in doing this kind of work for money.  Is the list still 
being maintained?  I am also slightly "impaired" after a car accident a 
few months ago, and this last snow/sleet/ice cover was a real nightmare 
to shovel.  I am still feeling the effects in my neck.

On moderation:  Moderation is good, in my opinion. It's not content 
that's being moderated, just style. Some of us are better than others 
at self-moderating .... Those who are more impetuous probably really 
didn't want to offend anyone, they just ... failed to self-moderate.  
If you really DO want to offend someone, you can always e-mail them 
direct rather than broadcasting nasty comments to the entire list.
