Mid-Winter Pick-Me-Up Restorative Yoga Workshop

Restorative poses allow your body to relax deeply.  Through precise 
movement and focused breathing you can nourish your soul. In this 
workshop, we will practice a variety of restorative poses, breathwork, 
and guided deep relaxation to renew your spirit during the mid-winter blahs.
