[RP TownTalk] homeless population & Cafritz property

Was this situation acknowledged at all by Cafritz reps? Did anyone raise the 
issue during any of the workshops? I'm just curious as to whether the 
property owners are truly aware of the situation and whether there are any 
plans on how to deal with it.

I know that there is quite a population of homeless people that live
on the Cafritz property. To be honest, it's one of my worries about
developing that property. If they can't live there, where are they
going to go?
