[RP TownTalk] Guardrails on 410

One of these posts mentioned how ugly the guardrails were.  Do we know any
Urban Artists who would be willing to do a running mural thing?  If not, we
can always spray paint them a solid color.  Green patina, Riverdale Blue,
silver, black, whatever.  I know they aren't technically ours, but I'm sure
the county wouldn't mind us doing a little free maintenance.  A little paint
covers a multitude of dents.   This would make a wonderful compliment to the
trees and flowers. Sue
