[RP TownTalk] Univ Town Center and the new movie theater

Wondering what and where "University Town Center" is?
It is a new business, office and condo complex located a block 
east of Prince Georges'  Plaza. It is across E-W highway from the CVS.

America Blvd is a new street that comes off of E-W highway . It runs
north/south and goes up the middle of the University Town Center complex.

There is a new local venue for movies. 
 
A new multiplex cinema, called the "Royale 14" Cinemas, is now open.
(You may see it called "Varsity 14" too). 
 
It is located in UTC at 6505 America Blvd.
 
You can park in the parking garage that is near the Hyattsville library 
(on Toledo Rd near Adelphi Rd). Be sure to get your parking ticket validated
at the movie theater.
