Cafritz Property Community Input Meetings
 Riverdale Elementary School, 5006 Riverdale Road, Riverdale Park, MD.
 They will be held on:
  Thurs., June 14 7-9 pm Wrap-up meeting
The team will summarize what they learned in the process. If you have
not seen seen Councilman Eric Olson's letter, click   for a pdf. He
suggests that an over-55 community would benefit our community in
several ways.

 The City of Hyattsville Planning Committee will host a presentation
from representatives of the proposed Landy development. Questions on

 Important note: After reviewing the above documents, if you have
questions that you would like answered at the Public Hearing, please
submit them in advance to Sara Imhulse, Assistant to the City Manager,
at 301-864-8667 x231 or simhulse at collegeparkmd.gov. In order to be
addressed at this hearing, questions must be received no later than
5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 29, 2007. This item will come before the
Mayor and Council for consideration at their July 10th meeting.
