[RP TownTalk] Posting schedules for MARC trains

Occasionally, I have reason to use the College Park MARC station
rather than our own -- they have a very nice, permanent display for
the train schedule on both sides of the tracks there.  I wonder if the
town paid for that or if MARC (MTA?) did?
