[RP TownTalk] Railroad crossings

RE the posts about the new railroad crossing at
Queensbury Road; I was wondering what's going on as
well.  Does anyone know the procedure for installing
the new crossings, or was anyone told how long it
would take?  Do they have to install it by bits and
pieces, and if there is a method to their madness? 
It's not like we've had rain or other severe weather
over the past 2 weekends, I couldn't figure why the
work wasn't done all at one time.
