[RP TownTalk] "Four-quadrant safety gate" -- where are you?

Dear neighbors,

CSX crossing work is not complete.  The grade crossing improvements are
a separate step from the safety arms.  The second step is scheduled for
later,
but as I'm out of the office I can't tell you when.  I'll have PW director
Goff
get me the info and forward it to you.
