Lou did refer to the number of registered voters in his message (which is 
certainly lower than the number of residents.)

I'd like to point out that many of the people in the registry no longer 
live here. On my block, for example, a couple that hasn't lived here for 
nearly 4 years is still registered!

We really need to clean up the registry, but to be honest, I'm not sure 
what the procedure is for doing so.
