[RP TownTalk] Burglaries, etc

For those who might not be on the Towntalk forum,
perhaps something could be put in the next Town Crier,
and maybe also on the cable access channel as well? 
(both in English and Spanish, so we can involve
everyone?)   It'll let the good people know that
there's been crime-related problems and it'll let the
bad people know that we're watching out for each other.
