[RP TownTalk] Why the big tax hike?

This proposed tax hike is huge.

Why is it needed?
What will we get for it?

These are reasonable questions. 

Right now, only people on TownTalk know about the increase. 
So please help spread the word. Call up a few people and 
make sure they have heard about the proposed 27% tax hike 
in Riverdale Park property taxes.

Time is short.
The public budget hearing is this Monday night, May 21, 7:30 pm, Town Hall. 
The tax hike will likely be voted on by the new council on June 4.
