[RP TownTalk] curbside leaf collection?

I don't know if there is a schedule for the leaves, but I noticed when I  put 
mine out, they are picked up promptly.  Yeah and good job to public  works!  
Let's just get out of their way and let them do the job.  They  seem to be 
doing it right.  Audrey
