FYI Raytheon is also a huge NASA contractor.
 
Higher Employee Density also means:
More customer base for local businesses.
which gives you a better sales pitch to bring  in...HELLO!!!!!!...   MORE 
businesses!
 
This one is a no brainer. 
 
Traffic is going to get worse and worse year after year after year. Whether  
Raytheon comes here or not is inconsequential to traffic. 
 
Raytheon would be fantastic!
