[RP TownTalk] Halloween

I believe on the Town Crier it says 6pm-8pm for trick or treating.  If I'm wrong, someone please let me know so I can take my kids out at the correct time!

What time are kids going out trick-or-treating?  Before dark or after dark?  I want to make sure I'm home at the right time.
