Todd, Sarah,

As you know its not my nature to be a wet blanket, BUT.

When the "Watch your car" bit was brought up before I thought it was a 
good idea. I went to the web page and filled in the application.  That 
has been so long ago I had forgotten that I haven't gotten my sticker.

Not you issue I know. Just an other good idea with poor implementation.  
I look at the sponsor and think of Motor-Voter. Oh well.
