[RP TownTalk] Sell It From Your Lawn But Stay Out of the Streets...

Three issues:
1. Check COMCAST Channel 71, Verizon Channel 10, Town Hall on the last 
and first Mondays of the month at 8:00 pm.

2. Public safety is a different issue. Councilman Henry (Ward 4) is the 
point person on that, I think. Tell him not me.  But if we can't keep 
them off the streets for breaking the law (not having a vendor's 
license) how are you going to keep them from "playing" in traffic?

3.  Who said anything about licensed vendors? To my knowledge the one or 
two ice cream trucks in town are the only street vendors in RP with 
valid business licenses. That's no roses, no toctos, no mangoes, no 
"roach coaches", no barBQ, no can-you-name-it on a stick.
