[RP TownTalk] Town Center of Dreams

These discussions on developing Town Center (and other properties)
are quite good. Please keep up the passion and keep the ideas flowing.
The more the better. Some differences of opinions will surface, and
that is an important part of brain storming!

Please note: this coming Monday evening (Sept 17, 8 pm, Town Hall)
there will be a presentation by the Town's economic development 
consultant, Kennedy Smith, on this very topic.

The town paid Ms Smith to review economic development in RP and to
come up with ideas and suggestions.
