[RP TownTalk] alternatives to creating more garbage

Sarah,
I requested a second recycling bin (before I realized you were only supposed to do this if you lost the first one) to use for paper about two years ago. Every Wednesday the county picks up all matter of paper that I shove in there. Which is not to say that this is the right thing to do (as I had read conflicting things about exactly what they do and don't collect), but there it is.
