[RP TownTalk] Needed for ArtsFest: 20-25 gallon plastic milk bottles

If there's anyone who uses gallon milk bottles and could rinse out and
save a few from the recycling bin, and instead let use them for the
ArtsFest on May 4th, it would be greatly appreciated!  We could use
about 20-25 of them all told.  We could take them anytime between now
and say May 1st.
