Same facts, different observation.






It could be that Ms Mikulski was the only Democrat from Maryland who 






could evaluate the legislation on its content, not on its Republican 






source.













On the other hand just because all the other Democrats voted against the 






Republican legislation does not mean they are partisan. Could be an 






honest difference in their evaluation of the information available and 






the appropriate legislative response.













No I am not outraged. Whether I agree or not is a different issue.
