Heather has a point.  Developing Rt 1 if
Wachovia falls, is a good idea.  Some of
the little people that wanted to do a bakery
in TC or chocolate factory etc - maybe we
should look at Rt 1 for this since Jemal is
so expensive.   
 
Maybe one of the small family owned
businesses would want to purchase their
piece of land & build their little business
on the spot.   or purchase,build,live 
upstairs type thing. ( I say purchase the
land for the business as the chocolateer
man wanted to purchase one of Jemals 
buildings in TC to have his chocolate 
factory.)
 
Maybe take that plot of land, divide it
into little store lots & see what comes
to invest. I guess a developer would have
to invest in this.
