Alice, thank you (and to everyone who has posted) for the history and
information. Given this, could you please apprise us of the status of
the "MOU" with the developer, if any; the deadline imposed for
groundbreaking, if any, and the options that exist if the deadline is
not met? And would it be reasonable to ask of the developer, given the
almost daily reports of Wachovia's shaky financial situation, what the
status of the project is from their side?
(And then ask him if he owns a weed wacker?)
