[RP TownTalk] Pet Trash Cans

I agree  that we need more trash cans
around.  I pick up trash when i walk in
the mornings as much as i can -- and 
it hard carrying it to a trash can given
the space between Field of Dreams &
Gossling Pond.  One day I had to 
carry a whole computer in umteen pieces
to Gossling Pond.
