[RP TownTalk] missing mail

I've been asking a few neighbors who are not on this list.  The mail
problem appear to epidemic along Jack's old route.

Also, other neighbors have been calling Ms Murphy, with the same
unsatisfying results.

So the post office definitely knows about the problem.

The councilwoman just got back from extended travel last night and has
not caught up on this email list yet.  She will probably have some
idea about who to contact in government above the municipal level.
