[RP TownTalk] missing mail

I'm hopeful for action from Steny Hoyer's office; there may be other
good sources for assistance.  The Mayor and Town Administrator are
coordinating this.

Do send your names in to Vern; please also ask neighbors who are not
on this list if they have had mail trouble.  The longer the list of
names we present, the better case we have that this is an important
issue for immediate attention.
