[RP TownTalk] Looking for roommate

I've found a nice house (thanks Alice) that I'd like to rent, but am needing
a roommate to swing the payment.  Does anyone know anybody that is looking
for a place?  I'd need a 1 year commitment.  Rent is $800/month + 1/2
utilities.  It has a fenced back yard and pets are allowed.  Ready for April
1 move in.
 
Please let me know if you know of anybody as soon as possible.  I need to
make a decision about leaving my current place very soon.  Thanks!
