[RP TownTalk] Delayed list postings

A list subscriber contacted me to ask why his messages hadn't been appearing
on-list, and I found that the administrative e-mails that prompt me to go
check for postings that have been trapped (for whatever reason) are not
reaching me (and haven't since midnight on 2/28).  For various reasons
having to do with my real life I hadn't noticed that those messages had
stopped.  That's why there are a bunch of messages that suddenly appeared
(there may be a few more that appear shortly -- the backed-up list was long
and full of spam postings as well as real ones).
I apologize to both the posters and list readers for the delay in processing
those messages.  I'll try to figure out what's happening to the admin
messages this evening, and will monitor the web page that lists trapped
messages until then.
