[RP TownTalk] trolley trail

so...  i know i'm a little late on this one but...  i just found a practical 
use (in my life at least) for the trolley trail that connects college park 
to town center and beyond.  what is the status on this movement?  i remember 
hearing lots about it, then i didn't.  what can a regular old citizen (who 
may use the trail to bike to work) do to get some attention to this little 
path?  any updates are welcome :)  best, drena
