[RP TownTalk] Citizen Complaint of Riverdale Police Animal Abuse

this story is very distressing to me and i hope that an account of
what happened is posted here.
regardless of what the dog may have done,  having police show up
firing that many shots seems excessive and dangerous not only to them
but the public.  what's the point of having animal control if not in a
situation such as this (i understand we do not know what this dog may
or may not have done, but regardless, it is for animal control to
handle.)
