[RP TownTalk] Looking for a housemate

I've got a room available for rent in my house if any of you know anyone
that is looking.  It's $800 +1/2 utilities.  Good location, only about 2
blocks from the bus.  Right next to Riversdale Mansion.  I have a small
elderly dog and a young felon...I mean feline.  :)  They are both well
behaved.
 
Please feel free to pass my info on to folks you know.  The room is
available immediately.
