[RP TownTalk] Postman Jack Moffett is retiring

Postman Jack Moffett is retiring. I believe this week (end of May) is 
his last one on the route.

Jack's route serves much of Ward 1, roughly from the railroad tracks 
west, well into Hyattsville.

It is easy for me to tell when Jack has a day off, because I start 
receiving my neighbors mail mixed in with my own. While Jack's service 
is always perfect.

So please join me in wishing him all the best in his retirement.
