I think a more appropriate way to handle this is probably to provide a link
to a pdf. This way if you didn't want to read the material it would be
easier to discard. This is a tricky area because it might not yield the
results we would like such as publicizing the farmers market and the Arts
Festival. In a strict sense, I do believe you are correct on this though.
