It does look as though a stop will be on River Road. Also it looks as though the line goes right through the park. 
Does any one know what High investment BRT and LRT are?
Is the rail line going above ground through the park or elivated over the park, or under ground?

Also notice that the area past Kennelworth twards new carrolton is now called "Riverdale Park".
