totally guessing... BRT = Bus Rapid Transit LRT = Light Rail Transit
High Iinvestment presumably cuz it would mean building underground
through the park.  Which, in this location, seems crazy.  Why avoid
River Rd/Kenilworth? Tysons Corner this is not!
