I see two lines - a solid line that goes up Kenilworth and turns left
at River Road, and a dotted line labeled "High Investment BRT & LRT"
that goes through the park. I'm guessing the dotted line will cost
more, thus the "High Investment". To my eye, it seems that they are
proposing the solid line as the preferred option.
