[RP TownTalk] Communication and voicing opinions

If I may, I'd like to add my voice to the chorus about communication and being able to voice our opinions about town matters; in  my experience both Mayor Archer and my councilmember, Alice Ewen Walker, have been EXTREMELY helpful.  I realize that they can't solve every problem to my satisfaction, but the lines of communication have always been open Thanks to both for a great job!
