[RP TownTalk] missing dog--white llasa apso or shih tzu w/ diaper

The Town of Riverdale Park picked up a stray dog on the 6000th block of Taylor Rd. this morning.
They've been trying to locate an owner--the dog is currently at the town offices, but will soon be picked up by animal control.

It's a small (13-15 lb.) white dog (looks like a llasa apso or shih tzu). The dog has a pink collar (no tag), 2 red rubberbands in its hair, and is wearing a diaper.
