[RP TownTalk] signs on Route 1

How very odd.

There is only one concrete footer in that location and it is being used 
to mount the College Park sign.

Serendipity on the part of College Park?

When can we expect to see our spruced up sign back in its proper location?

Please let public works know they need to bring concrete!
