I would not have mentioned it if I could not read a surveyors map. Anyone with an engineering, real estate, contaracting, building of any sort background understands these things.
I know for a fact that I am not the only person in this town who can knows how to read this kind of information.

Quoting from http://www.sha.maryland.gov/SHAServices/mapsBrochures/maps/oppe/HISD_MAPS/83FTt128.PDF
"INFORMATION SUMMARY
BOUNDARY:
ACTS OF GENERAL ASSEMBLY, 1983
REVISED TO JUNE 22, 2000
HIGHWAYS REVISED TO JANUARY 1, 2002"
It is true the map does not show surveyor's bench mark. If it did does any one here have the expertises to us the information? I know I would sure have to brush up on my trig. I think Dwight got it right.

These maps are not surveyors maps.
