Should I be reporting this to the newly formed Prince Georges County /Montgomery county Gang Task Forsce?

Council members or mayor - 

can you please help get the word to the proper people to help remove this blight?

We now have a brand new gang symbol spray painted on the east west hwy underpass bridge on Laffyette. 
Coef enforcement etc....
Can we get it removed soon?
