[RP TownTalk] Why such poor snow removal?

What is the budget for snow removal in this town?
Do we have any official policy that is printed and citizens can refer to?
Are there any hot lines or phone imformation numbers?
What is the offical public works schedule for snow removal?

If we don't have one we should. 
Not all citizens in Riverdale Park have the luxury of working for someone who pays for snow days.
