[RP TownTalk] church demolition on route 1

I noticed they're just about done tearing down the church on Rt. 1 (next to Lynn Animal Hospital).
Anyone know if this space part of the proposed construction for that corner?
And, is the congregation remaining within Riverdale Park or did they relocate elsewhere?
