[RP TownTalk] low cost health insurance

The economy is happening here in Riverdale Park too. I keep
discovering that friends are unable to get decent health insurance. I
recently learned of a program for low-cost health insurance and wanted
to pass the information along in case anyone finds that they need it.
There are income restrictions, but it is very affordable and the
coverage is quite good.
