[RP TownTalk] Fwd: Halloween

I have forwarded this email to Colleen Fergusen for code
enforcement. The house is a rental and I am aware that other
problems have been reported--cut grass, laundry, and noise. I know
because I have reported these items. My understanding is that the
renters have been contacted on these items, although, I know the
noise continues to occasionally be an issue. I would encourage you
to call the police and code enforcement as problems continue to
appear. The women who lived here passed away and her son has not
been able to find a buyer for the house, so he is now renting the
property.
