[RP TownTalk] Veterans Day Observance - question

Thanks for sharing the great photos!  

Can I ask a question, if the weather is bad is it a "given" that the Veterans Day ceremony will be held at Town Hall?  I walked up to the Memorial yesterday just before 11 and was told that the ceremony was at Town Hall, but the wreath laying would be at around 11:15.  I figured 'til I'd walk to the Town Hall at that point, the ceremony would be over, so I stayed at the Memorial for the wreath-laying.  Sorry I missed the ceremony, but there was still a nice group of people at the memorial.

This was the first time I got to go to the Veterans' Day Observance, and I found it to be moving.

Just a reminder - please try to make it to the Veterans' Day Observance on 11/11, 11:00 am, at the town Veterans' Memorial.  I've gone over the years and it's always a nice ceremony in honor of those who've served in the military.
