[RP TownTalk] Street sweeping

I was proposing bringing this up with the Park Police because they regularly
go through there and my understanding is that it is their jurisdiction
primarily. If I am not correct please let me know.

When you say "If you don't have enough trash cans at home, do you throw your
trash in the front yard or bag it?" I hope you aren't addressing me! By
mentioning that trash is being left by certain park users doesn't mean I do
it or condone it - just an observation.

It's in our Town and we can enforce our ordinances in our Town.  What would
the Riverdale police do if someone was murdered in the park?  Call the Park
Police and let the suspect get away?  The same goes for trash.

Not enough trash cans in the parks is no excuse.  If you don't have enough
trash cans at home, do you throw your trash in the front yard or bag it? 

In my mind, there's simply no excuse for this totally utterly uacceptable
behavior.
