Friends and neighbors,

I must admit that I received so many messages that I have somewhat lost
track of them all. I want emphasize that the council meeting on Monday will
address this matter and all interested parties are encouraged to come and
testify.  At this point I will only have a vote on this matter if for some
reason there is a tie on the legislation, so you should be focusing your
questions, and concerns on your council members as they are the ones who
will decide this matter.
