[RP TownTalk] Town in need of toy donations

I wrote this piece on behalf of Colleen Ferguson, with code enforcement in
town. Basically, Toys for Tots was unable to donate gifts to the town to
hand out to children in need and so now they are without toys:

If you can help donate, drop off new toys to Riverdale Fire Department over
the weekend or to town hall Monday or Tuesday.
